Go ahead, kick the bucket...

Now, I am not above a bad pun. Sometimes those bad puns can get me into a sticky situation. Sometimes when I am writing, I just simply am horsing around. I was watching the CBS evening news when I saw a

press conference about a surgery that did not go as planned. It was about Barbaro, no this is not the elephant in the children's book, though I think his name is pretty darn close to that.... this is the horse that broke his leg at the Preakness this summer. After seven months or more, the famous horse was simply in too much pain to go on. With a little help from a Dr. Kovarkian doctor, Barbaro is no more. RIP.
