Greetings! I am going to host my first brunch of 2007. Who knows, I may do it more often! I have come up with the menu, or at least at this point the menu:
Spinach and Rice Casserole, Ham and Cheese Muffins, Bacon wraps, Artichoke Risotto, Biscuits and Sausage, Peach-Marscarpone Topped French Toast, Marshmallow-creme iced cupcakes, Blackened Broiled Shrimp, Banana Split Salad, Fruit and Yogurt parfaits, Beef Stew, Orange and Ginger salad, Cucumber-Grapefruit Crab Salad, Berries and Creme Cones, Pizza Cobbler along with fruit and cheese trays.
Menu may change or be altered if the luck of the kitchen does not cooperate, but at this point this will be the menu! Yum. I am sure that I can conjure up recipes if anyone would want them.
