It is just after noon, and I am taking a quick breath ... so far the guacamole, salsa, cheese dip, tomatoes, peppers, beans have all been prepared and waiting patiently for the first guest to arrive. Both levels of the home are cleaned, the bar is fully stocked.
I have a bit more yet to accomplish ... like the cheesy rice, the chicken, the sausage and shrimp and the Mexican fondue. I will put all the photos on the MEXICarbO link that was used for RSVP ... but it may take a day or three to get that accomplished. To all who will be attending ... enjoy and those who didn't, couldn't or won't be in at the celebration check out the fun later this week.
