You can tell it is spring time! Birds chirp, clocks are changed, temperatures are warming up, green growth popping out of the ground and orange pylons popping up all over the roads. Don't forget the growing number of pot holes. Oh yes, it hit 74 degrees today and road construction began in high force. Hopefully you were able to enjoy the day as tomorrow, as you know, it will change.
