Thanksgiving tragedy

Well even the most organized moment of my life did not turn out as I had planned. I had anticipated baking a half dozen cakes today for MEXICarbO however without a pan, one can not make any cakes. So, this year there will not be a big cake display. Oh well, chalk it up to experience :) I am just going to enjoy the day in peace and quiet.
