Well, it only took the third time to be the luck the Wolverines needed to defeat a football team. It happened to be the luck of the Irish that they secured their third consecutive lost this season.
It was a chilly day in Ann Arbor yesterday. It hovered about 50 degrees but while in the stands it felt very warm as I was surrounded by over 110,000 people. The smashing success brought back the hope that Michigan football was not dead and for those who were wearing the "Fire Carr" shirts did not seem as determined to had him his AARP card and his pink slip.
This game also signifies that fall is here and we are holding hands with winter. This morning it is 40 degrees and even Clyde said it was just abrupt of a weather change. So, today I am going to rotate my summer favorites for my fall flannels. Hope you make the most of the crisp day.
