It is totally unreal to believe that the annual Carbo extravaganza is just weeks away!
MEXICarbO is the theme ... a Mexican celebration that will become a blur before you know it. Whether you come for the food, the free shirt, the endless glass of something or the fun that comes with meeting the Carbo friend chain ... this 11th year tradition will keep you talking until the next 'save the date' card is sent out in July!
If everything goes as planned we should be able to do the infamous "Seven Day Weather Forecast" which has become the favorite drinking game during the winter thanks to everyone' favorite weather specialist!!!
Over the next week, the invitations will be mailed, delivered or shared with my favorite margarita drinkers!
Plan to come early and stay late because MEXICarbo will be loads of fun!
